Complaint process
Joyfactor GmbH supports a complaint process that allows for the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Visa and Mastercard Rules. Any complaint will be addressed within five (5) business days. In the event that there is evidence of illegal content, such content will be removed immediately.
If you believe that you have identified content on our website that may be illegal or otherwise violates applicable laws, regulations, or the Visa and Mastercard Rules, please notify us without delay by sending an email to legal@joyfactor.com.
Please include a description of the content in question and, if possible, the relevant URL or other information that allows us to identify and review the content efficiently.
All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our internal compliance procedures.
